
Dale Martin is an accomplished international business leader with more than three decades of senior executive experience across Europe and Asia.
Since 2021, he has served as the elected President of the European Engineering Learning Innovation and Science Alliance (EELISA), a consortium of nine European universities within the European Universities Initiative. In recognition of his contributions to innovation, education, and bilateral cooperation, he has been honoured with several state distinctions.
Mr. Martin built his career at Siemens, where he held multiple top leadership positions. He served as President and CEO of Siemens Hungary (2010–2021), Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Slovakia (2004–2010), and as a senior executive at Siemens-Asahi Medical Technologies in Japan (2000–2003). These roles have positioned him at the forefront of decentralized technology innovation and international business transformation.
In addition, he was President of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce for three consecutive terms (2013–2019), strengthening cross-border industrial cooperation and trade relations.
Mr. Martin speaks German, English, and Hungarian, and is proficient in both French and Mandarin.
